Please note that once you have booked an appointment (dog walk, training session, home visit etc.) with Bark and Ride it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. 

 

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee/rebooking charge of 50% of fee (at my discretion).

 

If you cancel your appointment less than 2 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee/rebooking charge of 100% of fee (at my discretion).

 

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
